I refer to recent portrait photos taken of the Minister in March: (a) who took the photos on Wednesday, 22 March; (b) why was a second photo shoot required on Thursday, 23 March; (c) what was the cost of the photo shoot on 22 March; (d) what was the cost of the photo shoot on 23 March; (e) will these photos be digitally enhanced or edited in any way: (i) if so, what is the cost of that editing; (f) who or what agency is the ultimate owner of the photo; (g) what copyright will be attached to the photo (Creative Commons etc.); and (h) can the photo be used for any political campaign purposes?
