I refer to the goldfields Loopline
Park project.
(1) How much royalties for regions funding
has been allocated to the project?
(2) Which agency or organisation was
allocated the funding?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1) An amount of $3.7 million.
(2) Golden Mile Loopline Railway
Society.
(3) Of the total
allocation, $400 000 has been allocated to the Golden Mile Loopline Railway
Society for stage 1 of the project. The distribution of future funding of $3.3
million is subject to the completion of stage 1 and the resolution of land
tenure and organisational capacity issues.
