(1) Can the Minister advise when the last train station car park survey was done for each train station?
(2) According to the latest survey, can the Minister advise at what time of the day Public Transport Authority car parks are full at each station on the following lines -
(a) Joondalup;
(b) Midland;
(c) Fremantle;
(d) Mandurah; and
(e) Thornlie/Armadale?
(3) At each station, how many parking bays are in each category, such as, lock 'n' ride, ACROD, pay parking and free bays?
(4) Can the Minister advise at what time each day, the capacity status of each car park is full?
(5) At what time each day are the ACROD bays full at each car park?

The Member would be aware that the issue of parking bays at train stations was one of the many projects ignored by the previous Labor government of which he was a part. In 2008 the now Liberal - National Government committed to building an extra 3,000 parking bays along the north-south rail line. Due to good management we are now on track to deliver approximately 4,000 extra bays.
The Public Transport Authority advises:
