(1-3) The Attorney General is aware of the contents of the report, however the Standing Committee of Attorneys-General (SCAG) has set up Working Groups to explore a variety of issues including a National Judicial Framework, Judicial Complaints Handling, a Judicial Exchange Programme and National Legal Profession Reform. The State Government will await the outcome of these SCAG deliberations and decisions before giving consideration to a Judicial Commission in Western Australia.
