(1)–(3) Project
development is currently underway by Main Roads. The scope of the project will
be defined during 2015, including details of carriageways, numbers of lanes and
types of junctions. In defining the project scope, it will be necessary to
consider present and future traffic demand, road safety, stakeholder
requirements and available budget. The scope recommendations in the project
master plan and business case that will be produced as part of this process
will be considered by the state and commonwealth governments at the time.
