(a) what sections or units of each government department, or agency, occupy each floor of Dumas House;
(b) how many people are located on each floor of Dumas House, by individual unit or agency;
(c) how much floor space does each unit or agency occupy in Dumas House;
(d) what is the cost of the lease for each unit or agency for office space in Dumas House;
(e) what is the term of the lease for each unit or agency in Dumas House; and
(f) what is the total available floor space for occupancy in Dumas House?

(d) Dumas House is a government-owned building and as such there are no leases. Each government agency will occupy Dumas House by way of a Memorandum of Understanding which will be finalised upon completion of the building refurbishment project and subsequent measurement of all tenancies. Agencies are currently occupying Dumas House at an annual rental of $440 per sqm, plus outgoings estimated at $147.45 per sqm.
(e) Dumas House is a government-owned building and as such there are no leases.
(f) 19,877 sqm. This is subject to change as refurbishments are still being completed.
