(b) N/A (c) In accordance with the relevant school bus contracts, the Public Transport Authority has appointed to the Review Panel Mr Mike Wadsworth, a retired chief executive with over 15 years' past experience managing businesses in the private sector and in government which provided bus services. The full Review Panel will have been appointed when the associations elected to represent contractors have nominated the Review Panel's other two members. (d) The CRM (Composite Rate Model) Component Review will review all fixed and variable costs over a three year cyclical period commencing from 2005. The components available for review in the first year are Administration, Garaging, Depreciation, Air conditioning, Vehicle Registration and Third Party Insurance, Superannuation, Workers Compensation, Repairs and Maintenance and Unsealed Road running. (e-f) Cost components are routinely indexed to take into account changes to costs.
