I refer to the answer to question without notice 368 of 13 November 2002 in which the Minister for the Environment and Heritage said that Dr Barry Wilson had provided advice relating to the Mauds Landing proposal. (1) Does Dr Wilson’s advice support or oppose the Mauds Landing development? (2) Will the Premier table the advice; and, if not, why not?
