The Public Sector Commissioner has advised that the examination of the South Regional TAFE in 2016 was conducted pursuant to the Commissioner’s independent functions under the Public Sector Management Act 1994 to assist the Governing Council, South Regional TAFE. I table a copy (redacted) of the Executive Summary of the former Commissioner’s Examination of South Regional TAFE - 2016 . The remaining parts of the report contain information personal to individual officers and will not be tabled.
