I refer to the "METRONET Station Precincts Gateway" document dated 09/11/2021, and I note that the document lists 25 station precincts on all lines except the Fremantle line, with page 4 indicating a potential dwelling yield of "35k new homes near stations", and I ask: (a) for each of the below station precincts for the Level Crossing Removal stations, how many additional homes on top of the listed "current dwellings" have been delivered, since the publication of the document: (i) Carlisle Neighbourhood Centre Station Precinct (listed as having 4440 current dwellings, with 5100 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 5100 under the METRONET growth scenario); (ii) Oats Street Neighbourhood Centre Station Precinct (listed as having 3660 current dwellings, with 4080 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 4080 under the METRONET growth scenario); (iii) Queens Park Neighbourhood Centre Station Precinct (listed as having 2860 current dwellings, with 3650 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 5810 under the METRONET growth scenario); (iv) Cannington Strategic Centre Station Precinct (listed as having 2870 current dwellings, with 3630 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 6060 under the METRONET growth scenario); (v) Beckenham Neighbourhood Centre Station Precinct (listed as having 3010 current dwellings, with 3270 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 4790 under the METRONET growth scenario); and (vi) Kelmscott Town Centre Station Precinct (listed as having 1900 current dwellings, with 2290 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 2980 under the METRONET growth scenario)?
