Hon Samantha Rowe replied:I thank the
honourable member for some notice of the question. I provide the following
answer on behalf of the Minister for Sport and Recreation.(1)–(3) The WA Government is committed to
investing in community sporting and infrastructure projects to support our
communities and is currently focused on delivering $332 million in sports
infrastructure election commitments that were included in the 2025–26 state
budget. These are part of the WA Government's new PlayOn WA: 2030 by 2030
initiative aimed at delivering 2,030 new or upgraded pieces of sporting
infrastructure by 2030.
