DEPARTMENT FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT - ACCOMMODATION HOSTELS FOR CHILDREN
I ask a supplementary question. Is it government policy that children in accommodation hostels be restrained? It is a very clear question. Mr D.A. TEMPLEMAN

As I have said, a whole range of practices are required when dealing with very difficult children. A range of recommendations were highlighted. The recommendations will be carried out if they have not already been carried out. We will ensure that in all circumstances the protection of the child or young person is the paramount concern.
