Acting Deputy State Solicitor Advice, Policy and Public Law (APPL): Lynsey Warbey
(b) Ms Warbey was admitted to practice law on 5 March 2002 and Ms Lomma was admitted to practice law on 21 December 2001. Both have held their practicing certificate continuously since 2022 when uniform law was implemented. Prior to this date no practicing certificate was required for Government lawyers.
