(2) The advertisement was developed in-house. (3) A graphic design fee of $445.50 inc gst was paid to Freeway Designs to do the page layout. (4) The Constitutional Centre initiated the advertisement as part of the educational program relating to Foundation Day. The Constitutional Centre has a responsibility to provide information about our history, heritage and governance. This is one of two major information advertisements undertaken by the Centre each year. The other is on Proclamation Day and relates to the history of responsible government in this State. The information is used by schools as part of their educational program.
