I refer to the forensic health workforce in Western Australia (WA), and I ask: (a) as of 1 June 2025, how many forensic nurses and forensic medical officers are employed across the WA public health system; (b) in reference to (a), what proportion are based outside the metropolitan area; (c) what funding has been allocated over the last three years to train, recruit, and retain forensic health professionals in regional WA; and (d) has the Government considered establishing a mobile forensic response service, or rotating regional forensic teams to improve access for survivors in rural communities?
