I refer to the resourcing of South West fire-fighters, and I ask —
(1) With regional fire-fighters being forced to rely on mobile phones to communicate with communication centres and other emergency services, what is being done to address communication shortcomings in the South West?
(2) If the answer to (1) is nothing, why has no funding been allocated in the 2012–13 Budget to address this matter?
