2. Before additional land can be developed and sold by LandCorp, the Department for Planning and Infrastructure (DPI) is required to comply with the requirements of the Native Title Act and that action has been initiated. Once completed the land will be transferred to LandCorp and they will address and comply with the subdivision requirements.
