I refer to the interagency agreements between your Department and the Department of Health, and I ask:
(a) is one of the current agreements entitled 'Bilateral schedule interagency collaborative processes when an unborn or newborn baby is identified as at risk of abuse and/or neglect':
(i) was the current agreement effective from 15 October 2013;
(ii) if no to (i), what date was the agreement effective; and
(iii) how many cases have been reported to the Department where a child has been born alive after an abortion; and
(b) was the previous agreement entitled 'Reciprocal child protection procedures between the Department for Community Development and the Health Department of Western Australia':
(i) was that agreement effective from 1 January 1993 to 15 October 2013;
(ii) if no to (i), what was the period of time the agreement was effective; and
(iii) how many cases have been reported to the Department where a child has been born alive after an abortion?
