(a) what methodology is used to determine the market rental rate of a property;
(b) how often is the market rental rate of a property reviewed;
(c) as at 1 July 2013, what was the market rate determined for 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses in Pretty Pool, Port Hedland and South Hedland; and
(d) as at 1 July 2015, what was the market rate determined for 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses in Pretty Pool, Port Hedland and South Hedland?
