TRANSPORT —
TRELIS — CORRUPTION AND CRIME COMMISSION
1358. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Attorney General:
I refer to page 27 of A Review
of the Department of Transport's management of unlawful access to
TRELIS by the Corruption and Crime Commission in August 2021, which states —
The Commission proposes to report on
the implementation of these recommendations in 12 months' time.
(1) Has this accountability report on
this unlawful conduct now been completed?
(2) If yes to (1), what were the
findings, and will the Attorney General table the report?
(3) If no to (1), why has this not been done after more
than two years, and when is it finally expected to be completed?
