In relation to the allocation of car bays to staff in the Premier’s ministerial office, I ask: (a) what was the cost of providing car bays to staff working within the ministerial office for the financial year 2012–2013; (b) what has been the cost of providing car bays to staff working within the ministerial office for the period 1 July 2013 to 1 March 2014; (c) as at 1 March 2014, how many car bays are provided to staff working within the ministerial office; (d) as at 1 March 2014, how many car bays at the Perth Concert Hall are provided to any of the ministerial staff; (e) what was the cost of providing parking at the Perth Concert Hall for ministerial staff for the 2012–2013 financial year; (f) what has been the cost of providing parking at the Perth Concert Hall for ministerial staff for the period 1 July 2013 to 1 March 2014; (g) as at 1 March 2014, how many car bays at the Perth Convention Centre are provided to any of the ministerial staff; (h) what was the cost of providing parking at the Perth Convention Centre for ministerial staff for the 2012–2013 financial year; (i) what has been the cost of providing parking at the Perth Convention Centre for ministerial staff for the period 1 July 2013 to 1 March 2014; (j) since 9 March 2013, has a car bay allocated to the ministerial office been used for any period of time by a family member of the Premier; and (k) if yes to (j) for what period of time was the car bay used by a family member?

The Department of the Premier and Cabinet advises for car bays allocated to the Office of the Premier -
(a) Approximately $112,086 (excl GST) which includes all car parking, including the Premier, security personnel, visitor and disabled parking bays, whilst at Governor Stirling Tower until 26 October 2012.
(b) $28 800 (excl GST). This does not include parking for visitors, disabled, security personnel or the Premier.
