609. Hon DIANE EVERS to the minister representing the
Minister for Forestry:
I refer to the stumpage schedules provided in response to
question 11 of the 2016–17 annual report hearings' additional
questions.
(1) Have the size categories for mid-diameter pine sawlogs
changed since 1998?
(2) If yes to (1) —
(a) what date did they change;
(b) why did they change;
(c) could the minister please
provide details of the new categories; and
(d) could the
minister please provide updated tables reflecting the stumpage for the new size
categories?
(3) If yes to (1), have growers been paid in accordance with
the updated categories?
