(a) No.
(b) Not applicable.
(c) The Vue DC Group will be required to become a registered training provider (RTO) only if it intends to provide nationally recognised training.
(d) No.
(e) A business providing training in Western Australia is only required to be an RTO if the training provided is nationally recognised training. An RTO may be registered through the State if delivery is only in WA and they are domestic students. If they are delivering in multiple states and/or delivering to international students on student visas they are required to be registered with the Commonwealth.
(f) If a business located in Western Australia was providing nationally recognised training to international students on student visas, the RTO would need to be registered through the Commonwealth.
