I refer the Minister to the awarding of tender to TAD Pty Ltd on February 14 2005, for the supply of temporary personnel, and ask -
(1) How many temporary personnel are to be assigned to the Government under the contract?
(2) What positions will those personnel hold?
(3) What is the nature of the work to be undertaken by each of the temporary personnel?
(4) What is the remuneration for each of the personnel?
(5) Are there any particular factors unique to the tender, that resulted in TAD Pty Ltd’s submission being the only one received for the tender?
(6) Who are the owners of TAD Pty Ltd?
(7) Has TAD Pty Ltd provided personnel to the Department on previous occasions?
(8) If so, please provide details of -
(a) when;
(b) how many personnel;and
(c) how much for each of past three years, including the current financial year?
