(a) - (d) The Government does not have a specific capital allocation for the North West, but has already funded substantial fisheries research facilities in Broome. This has involved the Department of Fisheries facilitating the development of the Broome Tropical Aquaculture Park, which houses a joint TAFE/Departmental research facility, a multi-species hatchery and private Research & Development facilities.
