for some notice of the question.(1)–(2) Food Organics and Garden Organics
(FOGO) services in the South West are facing a temporary disruption. In the
meantime, maintaining household source separation practices ensures system
readiness for recommencement in the future. The Department of Water and
Environmental Regulation continues to work with affected local governments and
FOGO processors to identify potential solutions that will divert FOGO from
landfill and ensure a sustainable FOGO system for the South West region into
the future.
