(1) Three FTEs were allocated and 1.8 FTE was occupied. Of the occupied FTEs, the person working 0.8 of an FTE was covering for the person who occupied the one FTE and was on annual leave.
(2) Three FTEs are allocated. One FTE will be occupied.
(3) Two online and twenty seven hard copy publications.
(4) The number of online and hardcopy subscriptions varies each year to balance the needs of internal and external stakeholders. It is therefore not possible to say if the numbers will remain the same, increase or decrease over any given year.
