, tabled on 14 November 2024, and I ask:
(a) is the Attorney General aware of the report;
(b) noting that Parliament was prorogued prior to the Government having an opportunity to table a response to the report, will the Attorney commit to doing so; and
(c) what is the Government’s response to the report?

(a) – (c) The usual practice where Parliament is prorogued prior to the Government having the opportunity to table a response is for the new Committee to consider tabling its predecessor’s report for the purposes of seeking a response from Government. Should the new Committee resolve to do so, the Government will respond in accordance with the Standing Orders.
