prisoners, and I ask: (a) are
all older prisoners serving sentences of 12 months or longer offered bowel
cancer screening; (b) if
no to (a), how does the department identify prisoners who are to be offered bowel
cancer screening; and (c) if
no to (a), is every prisoner who asks for bowel cancer screening, provided
screening?
