(1)–(3) I
am pleased that the opposition is excited about the governmentXXX ###XXXs
transport plan and activities in this space. We had been quite open and up
front in 2013 that we needed to defer the project, and it is a standard
escalation process that has been applied to the funding.
Mr
B.S. Wyatt : ThatXXX ###XXXs not true at all.
Mr
D.C. NALDER : This is an escalation of costs as a result of the deferring of
the project.
