(a) if so, can the Minister advise if there are any plans to construct a footbridge at Elliot Place, Thornlie, thereby removing the need for sirens to be sounded?

(1)  Yes.
(2) The Government has no plans to construct a footbridge at this location. I have been advised that the City of Gosnells has no provision in its existing 10 year financial plan for a footbridge.
