(1) In relation to each of the State Training Providers which courses have changed from full or partial subsidised fee structures to full cost recovery in —
(a) 2008;
(b) 2009;
(c) 2010;
(d) 2011; and
(e) 2012?
(2) In relation to each of the courses identified in (1), how many students were eligible for concession fees for units undertaken in —
(a) 2008;
(b) 2009;
(c) 2010;
(d) 2011; and
(e) 2012?
(3) Does the current funding framework for State Training Providers require particular courses to be offered at full cost recovery to subsidise the costs of other courses?
