I refer to Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 1 at page 279 "Works in Progress," line item, "Additions and Improvements to High Schools – Dalyellup College (stage 2)", and ask: (a) as Dalyellup College stage 2 was projected to be complete by this financial year but budget provisions continue into 2014-15, what has been the cause of the delay; and (b) what is the expected completion date for stage 2?

(a) There is no delay in the building of Stage 2 of the College. The building program at Dalyellup College Stage 2 is scheduled to be completed in separable portions from November 2013 to March 2014. The funding shown in the 2014-15 financial year is to accommodate any costs incurred during the building defects period.
