(1) Will rural year 11 students who wish to study tertiary entrance subjects be deemed to be bypassing their local district high school if they attend senior secondary schools that offer residential accommodation in 2006? (2) Will the parents of those students remain eligible to receive the Assistance for Isolated Children boarding allowance in 2006?
