NATION FUND
1362. Hon Dr STEVE THOMAS to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Minister for Energy:
I refer to the signed letter of
intent between the state of Western Australia and the federal government to
access $3 billion under the Rewiring the Nation program. As at 7 November 2023,
I ask the following.
(1) How much of the $3 billion
allocated to WA under this program has actually been received?
(2) What portion of the moneys
received are loans and what portion is equity investment?
(3) What Western Australian
transmission upgrades and new builds have been recipients of the funding
received from the Clean Energy Finance Corporation?
