I refer to family violence programs including any rehabilitation, treatment or reintegration programs available for offenders within Western Australian prisons, and I ask: (a) what family and domestic violence programs or training are available to offenders outside of custody, including those on bail, community-based orders or post-release; (b) for each program, please table: (i) location; (ii) referral Pathways; and (iii) number of participants as of the last reporting period; (c) how many offenders were referred to these programs in the last reporting period; (d) are there any programs available in the community that are not available within prisons; (e) if yes to (d), which programs and why are they not delivered in custodial settings; and (f) please table a breakdown of program availability and participation by metropolitan and regional Western Australia?

(c) For the period 1 July 2025 to 31 March 2026, 950 referrals were received for Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) interventions provided by the Department of Justice statewide.
(d) Yes.
(e) The Department offers a range of FDV Programs which are scheduled within the community and custodial settings based on demand, existing contracts with providers and location.
The Connect and Respect and Safer Families programs are delivered in the community.
Stopping Family Violence and Not Our Way are currently delivered in custody.
