I refer to the government's
recent announcement of a review of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984.
(1) Has the scope of the review been
finalised?
(2) If yes to (1) —
(a) what are the terms of reference
for the review; and
(b) who was consulted ahead of
establishing the terms of reference?
(3) If no to (1), who will be consulted as to the
scope of the review and the development of the terms of reference?
(4) What is the intended time frame
for the review?

Department of Justice, the Equal Opportunity Commission, the State Solicitor's
Office and the Law Reform Commission of Western Australia will be consulted.
(4) This is to be determined in
