advises:
(1) In some circumstances drivers may chooses to work voluntary overtime.
(2) Yes
(3) WorkSafe has audited Transperth contractors with regard to this matter and found that they all comply with the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and that the fatigue management systems used are appropriate for these operations.
