I refer to the Minister for Education's decision to claw back 20 per cent of the Agricultural Colleges' Farm Provisions Trust Fund, and ask: (a) was the original establishment of the Fund made legislatively; (b) if no to (a); what was the authority used for the establishment of the Fund; (c) if yes to (a); what legislative conditions were attached to the establishment of the Fund; (d) does the fund have a Trust Deed; and (e) if yes to (d); will the Minister provide a copy of that deed?
