The Housing Authority advises:
(1) In April 2016, the Housing Authority discussed with the City of Bunbury its intention to seek a development partner for Tuart Brook.
(2) The Tuart Brook structure plan was adopted by the Western Australian Planning Commission on 9 December 2014.
