·         A roadside drug test is an oral fluid sample (by means of approved apparatus) for the purpose of indication the presence of a prescribed illicit substance in a driver’s oral fluid.
·         After a positive roadside drug test, a positive subsequent secondary test will result in a test sample being subject to confirmatory toxicological analysis.
