(1) I refer to the decision to close the Rangeview Juvenile Remand Centre and shift all juvenile detainees to the Banksia Hill Juvenile Detention Centre, and ask whether the Department of Treasury and Finance commissioned a business case for this proposal? (2) If yes to (1): (a) who was commissioned to prepare the business case; (b) how much were they paid to prepare the business case; (c) on which date was the business case delivered; and (d) would the Minister please provide a copy of the business case?
