I refer to the Department of Education’s Central Office, and ask:
(a) including 151 Royal Street, how many sites house Central Office staff;
(b) for each location above, including 151 Royal Street:
(i) where is the site located;
(ii) who owns the site; and
(iii) if the site is leased:
(A) what is the annual lease fee;
(B) what other site-related costs aside from the annual lease fee exist and how much are they;
(C) when does the lease expire;
(D) is it expected that the lease will be renewed when it expires and if so, for how long will the new lease be; and
(c) for each site, excluding 151 Royal Street:
(i) how many personnel are located there;
(ii) what sections of the Central Office organisational structure are located there, and how many of the above personnel belong to each section;
(iii) how many of the personnel listed in part (ii) are public service level 7 or above;
(iv) how many of the above personnel listed in part (ii) are employed under the
School Education Act 1999
and how many are employed under the
Public Sector Management Act 1994
;
(v) how many of the above personnel listed in part (ii) are employed under arrangements separate from those in part (iv) and what are those arrangements; and
(vi) how many of the above personnel listed in part (ii) are in:
(A) acting positions;
(B) relieving positions;
(C) fixed-term positions; and
(D) permanent positions?
