WESTREND CORPORATION PTY LTD, SUBMISSION TO CONSTRUCT COMPLEX
(1) Has the minister, the Department for Planning and Infrastructure or the Western Australian Planning Commission received a submission from the Westrend Corporation Pty Ltd to construct a motor racing complex on land owned by the Westralian Airports Corporation Pty Ltd to stage the Japanese Championship Formula Nippon racing series in 2003? (2) If so, will the submission for development of the Westralian Airports Corporation land be subject to normal statutory processes as a development application? (3) If yes to (2), what stage has that development proposal reached? Hon G.T. GIFFARD
