really expect me to provide that information. I have probably provided more
than was ideal, but it would not be appropriate to divulge that. I do not have
that particular figure here.

concluded at this stage. What I do recall is that what was being claimed by the
lessee, at least in the early part of negotiations going back a year or two,
was far, far higher than what has been paid at this stage. Obviously we have a
responsibility to protect the interests of taxpayers, the public interest in
this state, and we will do that. There is a process that is well established to
determine an outcome if it cannot be agreed; and that is what will happen.
