I refer to question number 3261 which was answered on 15 March 2006 and also to a question without notice answer on 4 May 2006, regarding secondees and again ask -
(1) For each secondee in each Ministerial office, please detail if the secondee’s wages are paid by -
(a) the Agency from which he/she is seconded;
(b) the Ministerial office to which he/she is seconded; and
(c) salary recoup?
(2) Where salary recoup is used for each secondee, please provide -
(a) the date at which the Agency/Ministerial office last recouped wages from the Agency/Ministerial office; and
(b) whether in fact it was the Agency or Ministerial office requesting the reimbursement for the secondees wages?
