The Public Transport Authority advises:
(1) All regular inspection and routine maintenance of equipment which comprises the overhead catenary system of the Perth urban rail network is up to date with the exception of routine maintenance on the cantilevers at Claisebrook Depot.
(2) Refer to (1).
(3) The routine maintenance on the cantilevers at Claisebrook Depot occurs every four years. Whilst the work is currently 31 days behind the program schedule it does not represent an appreciable risk and will be completed in the month of April 2012.
(4) No. Records of visual inspections are only kept for planned inspections. However, if a visual inspection identifies a problem during an unplanned inspection then the problem is recorded and rectified.
(5) Not Applicable.
