(a) if yes,
(i) what is the name of the officer(s) who had the contact;
(ii) what were the dates of the contact(s) or meeting(s);
(iii) what was the nature or subject of discussion during the contact(s) meeting(s);
(iv) were other people present during the contact(s) or meeting(s); and
(v) what were the names of all people present?

The following answer refers to the date period of 1 January 2011 to 25 November 2011.
(a) No officers in the Ministerial Office have met with Mr Dean Smith, for any formal meetings or discussions, however from time to time, may meet with him in a social capacity.
