I draw the minister’s attention to a commitment made in the Labor Party’s goldfields policy which says that it will establish a $1 million Kalgoorlie-Boulder development fund to assist projects that will improve the social infrastructure and general quality of life in Kalgoorlie-Boulder.  Is that $1 million development fund part of the $75 million regional development fund that we heard about earlier today; and, if not, is the goldfields-Esperance the only region to receive $1 million for the purposes outlined in the Government’s policy document? I thank the Leader of the Opposition for his question.  This Government, I regret to say, unlike its predecessor, is very concerned to meet its election promises.  In respect of the specifics, I suggest that the Leader of the Opposition wait a couple of weeks and see what is contained in the budget.
