(1) As at 30 June 2017, 2,020 public housing properties have been sold or demolished, since 1 July 2010. (2) As at 30 June 2017, under the Department of Communities New Living Program, 1,298 refurbishments have been completed since 2010, and under the National Partnership Agreement for Remote Indigenous Housing, 1,586 refurbishments have been completed since 1 July 2010. (3) As at 30 June 2017, 1,379 new public housing dwellings (including properties for the Community Disability Housing Program) have been constructed on sites where 693 public housing properties were demolished 1 July 2010. (4) As at 30 June 2017, 604 dwellings for affordable housing sales have been constructed on sites where 250 public housing properties were demolished 1 July 2010.
